Slot Autoplay Risks and Controls
Autoplay, where offered, can run repeated spins with fewer pauses. Convenience can make total cost and elapsed time less noticeable.
Calculate the exposure
Multiply the stake per spin by the number of scheduled spins to see the maximum amount cycled, while remembering that returned amounts may be replayed. A small stake repeated quickly can still create meaningful losses.
Use stop conditions
Read any available loss, win or single-win stop options, but do not treat them as guarantees. Set an external timer and a lower number of spins than the interface allows. Watch the total stake before starting.
Choose manual pauses
If automatic play encourages detachment or chasing, do not use it. Stop immediately if you feel compelled to extend the sequence. Slowing down cannot make outcomes favourable, but it can create space for a decision to stop.
